Lewis Crompton is a workplace strategist, change manager and training lead consultant.

Lewis has a passion to create lasting change and has worked extensively as a coach and mentor with individuals at all levels, including those from the C-suite. He is a skilled workshop lead and facilitator. Most recently, Lewis has worked with the senior leadership groups of multiple organisations including the British Film Institute, Wickes, Actis and Microsoft.

He is experienced in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions to help organisations identify how their teams are performing, how they can work together more effectively and how they can be more closely aligned to the organisation’s needs and overall vision.

Lewis has a BA in Sociology and an MA in The Theology of Transformation.
