The AWA Institute is a private membership body powered by AWA, dedicated to supporting inspirational leaders from all disciplines of business (including Operations, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, HR and IT) as they journey to a future model of workplace management that aligns to strategic business objectives and supports people in doing their best work.

The Workplace Leadership Programme is a blended six-month interactive programme (virtual and in person) designed to equip modern HR, FM, CRE and IT and Operations professionals with the knowledge, skills and a trusted framework to lead the multidisciplinary transition to hybrid working with confidence.

The workplace change programme is a six-month interactive programme (virtual and in-person) for those wishing to hone their skills and understanding of workplace related change management. The programme is designed to give you an in-depth understanding of the components of change, including dealing with resistance, barriers to change, motivating others, the emotional elements of change and maintaining change over time. The programme explores the neuroscience behind the formation of habits and a structured approach to the design, delivery and management of large-scale behavioural change.
