Clare Danahay is an associate and designer at AWA.

She has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial interiors, specialising in office design and workplace consultancy. Clare founded Be Inspired Design in 2010 and joined AWA the following year, supporting clients to improve their business efficiency through strategic planning of their workplace environment.

Clare has successfully led workplace strategy and change management projects with clients across a broad range of sectors including Bupa, London and Partners, Asda, the Home Office and RBS. Clare blends workplace consultancy and interior design to help companies achieve the most out of their working environment via detailed evidence-based design.

Clare is passionate about research and development in the workplace sector. She is a member of both the British Council of Offices’ regional Northern Committee and the BCO’s National Technical Affairs Committee.
