Christian Hadorn is a senior associate for workplace strategy. His background is in banking, having been employed by a major international bank in Switzerland. Christian worked in several client and back-office areas before moving into logistics.

He now has more than 20 years’ experience as head of logistics, marketing, human resources, organisation and accounting units for the western part of Switzerland and then for the facility management operational units of more than 300 branches nationwide.

In 2009 he was asked to create a new working concept which is now implemented for more than 25,000 employees worldwide. Between 2014 and 2019 Christian was head of FM Global Strategy and a mentor for new managers at the bank. In 2019, Christian set up his own company providing FM services and workplace concepts and strategies. Recent projects include work with regional banks, a secondary school, a well-known private bank in Switzerland and a university hospital.

Christian studied economy and management at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
